Shipping policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All orders are subject to availability, and delivery is considered complete once the goods arrive at the customer’s specified address, unless otherwise agreed.
- We strive to deliver on time, but Printed Stitches cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery beyond our control.
- Any shortages, damages, production errors, or missing items must be reported to us by phone within 48 hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
- If a delivery is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be charged for re-delivery.
- Printed Stitches is not responsible for lost or damaged items when customers request their order be left in specific locations (e.g., behind a bin).
- Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the courier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) and noted on the delivery receipt as unchecked, short, or damaged as appropriate.
- Customers should check deliveries upon arrival, as we cannot accept responsibility for discrepancies once items have been signed for.
- Damaged parcels should be inspected with the courier present and signed for accordingly.
SPEEDY AND LIGHTNING DELIVERY
- Lightning Dispatch – Orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- Speedy Dispatch – Orders placed before 4 PM will be dispatched within 4 working days.
- All orders are shipped via next working day courier service within mainland UK. Please note that deliveries to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas typically take 48 hours.
- Fast dispatch options depend on timely logo approval. If an order is delayed due to embroidery or print samples not being approved in time, Printed Stitches will not be held responsible, and additional delivery charges will not be refunded.
